Stickies and Announcements

If you think you cannot do stickies and announcements, it's ok, I know why.
Just read this topic through.

How to do stickies and announcements?
* First you must be in a group which has the power to do them.
* When you're writing a reply, under the message box are ''Preview'' and ''Send''.
Under them is ''Options'', click the arrow.
* There are many options for you but under the all options is ''Post topic as:''.
Choose Normal, Sticky or Announcement.

If you still think you're in the perfect group which has the power to do stickies and announcements it still doesn't work. It's ok, I have a solution for this too.
So, then I have to use the administrational panel and change the permissions of the group.
It won't take even a half of a minute.
